Brazoria County narcotics investigators seized more than $500,000 worth of marijuana while searching a home in Pearland, officials said.

On Sunday, the Brazoria County Narcotics Task Force and Pearland police officers raided a home in the 3200 block of Edgewood. During a search, they found 247 marijuana plants with an estimated street value of more than $399,000 along with 50 pounds of already harvested marijuana estimated to be worth almost $200,000, officials said.
