City issues more than 700 thousand dollars in permits
Jacksonville---The Daily Progress is reporting; several Jacksonville convenience stores are making room for spirits sales.
Since voters okayed the sale of beer and wine, The City of Jacksonville so far has issued building permits for more than 700 thousand dollars in construction.
Much of that construction could be attributed to the passage of the ordinance.
