ETL: 'Super' dips from Sweet Gourmet

Pam Gabriel stops by KETK with some quick and easy dip recipes.

Sweet Pepper Glaze Dip:

1/2 cup Dukes mayo (sweet Gourmet)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 green onions
8 slices fried bacon (crumbled)
1 cup Panko bread crumbs (sweet Gourmet)
1 bottle Sweet Pepper Glaze (sweet Gourmet)

Combine Dukes mayo, cream cheese, grated cheese, green onions. Spread into small baking dish and top with Panko bread Crumbs. Bake 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees. Take out of the oven, top with crumbled bacon and half a bottle of Sweet Pepper Glaze. Put back into the oven for 5 minutes. Serve Hot with crackers!

Sweet Gourmet Corn Relish Dip:

1 cup Sweet Gourmet Corn Relish, drained
1/2 cup Dukes mayo (sweet Gourmet)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small can green chilies, chopped and drained
1/2 cup Pickled Jalapeno, chopped (Sweet Gourmet)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated by hand
6 green onions, chopped without the ends
1/2 tablespoon Tricky Dix Mojo (sweet Gourmet)
a little salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and let rest overnight Serve with Fritos Scoops 


Buffalo Chicken Dip:

2 cups diced pre-cooked chicken breast
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg. Wind & Willow-Bacon Blue Cheese-Cheese Ball & Appetizer mix (Sweet Gourmet)
1 cup Earth and Vine Spicy Apricot Bourbon Barbecue sauce (Sweet Gourmet)
1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 to 1 tablespoon Frog Bone Cajun Pepper Sauce.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Transfer to an oven-safe casserole or gratin dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until mixture is hot and bubbly. Enjoy
