East Texas Center for Independent Living in conjunction with the Tyler Area Builders Association is hosting their Annual Americans with Disabilities Act Update on July 24th in Longview at the East Texas Builders Association Event Center located at 2023 Alpine Road.

There will be another one in Tyler on July 26th at the ETCIL offices located at 4713 Troup Highway.

The seminars are geared toward Commercial/Residential Builders, Developers, Remodel Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, Realtors, Local Officials & Business Owners.
