Here's the recipe:
Shrimp and Mushroom Angel Hair Pasta
This is a great dish to make for your honey or make it together. In a recent study it was noted that 80 % of couples who cooked together rated their relationship as excellent!
1 stick salted butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
3 pods garlic, minced
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined (can use Tony's Frozen Shrimp)
Tony's Creole Seasoning
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Sherry
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Angel Hair Pasta, cooked
Season Shrimp with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning. Set aside
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté green onions, mushrooms and garlic for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add sherry. Add pasta and cheese and toss. Serves 4.
Parmesan Crusted Bread
Serve this bread, anytime, and everyone will fall in love with you!
1 loaf French Bread
1 stick butter
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Slice down the middle but not all the way through to the bottom. Slice across the top in 1 inch intervals. Slice butter in pats and place in between slices of bread. Place cheese on top. Place in 425 oven for 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and bake for 10 minutes more. Turn oven off and leave the bread in the oven for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
