In the federal indictment: 51 year old Steven Brent Lemons is accused of abusing his title as Senior Vice President's with the Tyler market of Bank of America.

Both the FBI and Internal Revenue Services are investigating the case.

The indictment alledges from May 2005 through March of 2007 with bank fraud, wire fraud and a number of other charges.

Mr. Lemons mis-applied a clients funds.

If convicted Steven Lemons could serve thirty years in prison and be forced to pay a million dollar fine.
