This morning storms that blew through East Texas left a path of damage.
The strong winds knocked down tree limbs onto a Tyler man's home on west 33rd street in Tyler.

Just last week another strom with more wind blew tree limb on to the man's car.

Oncor trucks were on scene to get a look at the mess and by the way -- the man says he doesn't have home owners insurance.
