HENDERSON COUNTY - In court Friday afternoon, closing arguments were made.

May's psychiatrist believes he suffers from mental illness borderline schizophrenia and paranoia which she testified could have cause him to pull the trigger.

The state and a doctor argue against the issue of May's mental illness.

They argued he did not have personality disorder.

However, after a short deliberation the jury found Mays guilty.
