SAN ANTONIO (AP)—The Spurs’ Manu Ginobili(notes) showed off his quick hands— capturing a bat.

“That was amazing,” teammate Tony Parker(notes) said after the San Antonio Spurs beat the Sacramento Kings 113-94 on Saturday night. “The legend continues with Manu. Unbelievable. … He’s always doing crazy stuff.”

Late in the first period a bat swooped into the AT&T Center and descended onto the court. Players scattered and officials stopped play. The bat circled and left only to return—briefly.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — All offseason, Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys thought about their horrendous finale in Philadelphia. Now they're headed back, playing so well that they've turned this return trip into a showdown to decide first place in the NFC East.

Romo threw touchdown passes to three receivers, including his new favorite target Miles Austin , and didn't have an interception for a career-best third straight game, leading the Cowboys to a 38-17 victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday and into a tie with the Eagles for the division lead.

Gilmer's Curtis Brown and Earl Thomas each returned interceptions for touchdowns, and Cody Johnson had two short TD runs as the No. 3 Longhorns routed No. 13 Oklahoma State 41-14 on Saturday night to establish themselves as the clear frontrunner in the Big 12 South.

ARLINGTON, Texas - The young backup who comes from nowhere to make big play after big play for the Dallas Cowboys is the storyline made famous by Tony Romo. Now, he's leading Miles Austin down that same path.

Austin proved his incredible performance in his first career start was no fluke by catching six more passes for 171 yards and two long touchdowns, sending Dallas to a 37-21 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday that the Cowboys hope shows they're no fluke, either.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP)-- The Dallas Cowboys certainly felt better after a weekend off.

Receiver Roy Williams, running back Felix Jones and safety Gerald Sensabaugh were among the injured players given some extra recovery time after already missing games and should be back Sunday against Atlanta.

The Cowboys (3-2) also moved into a second-place tie with Philadelphia and gained a half-game on the NFC East-leading New York Giants without even playing - all the other division teams lost last weekend while Dallas had its bye.
