TYLER - Drug dealers are using Cool-Aide and Nestle Quick to hook kids on a powerful and addicting drug.

Those who manufacture and sell methamphetamine, or meth, are thought to be in their 20's and 30's and are coming up with more ways to entice younger people into buying it according to officials with The Sister Communities Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, or SCCADA.

They also tell us that the dealers are targeting teenagers—not only as customers—but getting them to pass it out to their friends.
