TYLER - Former Tyler city council and mayoral candidate Larry Meckley has been warned to stay away from City Hall .

He recently sent e-mails to former political rivals, accusing them of making fun of him at their meetings, as well as sending code enforcement officer's to harass him.

In one e-mail, Meckley says quote "this is what causes school kids to take guns to school, and shoot people"

Tyler police issued an official warning to meckley, while they investigate whether the e-mails he sent constitute terroristic threats.
