TYLER - Local organizations are helping thousands of people affected by the tornado's in Iowa.

Food and water are in high demand, and the East Texas Food Bank is helping to get it to those who lost everything.

3, 800 bottles of water...13,800 ready-to-eat meals, that is what's headed to Iowa.

Food and water supplies were being loaded into a truck Tuesday afternoon, from the shelves of it's warehouse in Tyler.

The East Texas Food bank, is part of a national network of food banks called "america's second harvest".

The network is working together with the "northern iowa food bank", to help with disaster relief in and around iowa.
