MINEOLA - The vacant building known as "the Mineola Swinger's Club", has a buyer who plans to convert it into a church.

Over the years, the building has been a hospital, a daycare center, and a swinger's club,

Reverend Tim Letsch from Van, is buying the building, and converting it into a non-denominational church.

As to when all of this will become a reality, renovations could begin as soon as July, and it could re-open to the public as soon as September.
