BULLARD--There's some serious road work in Bullard that drivers need to know about.

Texas Department of Transportation spokesman Larry Krantz fills us in.

Larry tells us the construction on U.S. 69 and F.M. 344 is moving right along now that the weather has cleared up.

The crew has been putting in new lanes that are going to be the new traffic lanes and should finish hot mixing in a week or so.

Toward the end of July for the people in Bullard this means main street will almost be permanently closed down.

Main street will be closed to left in and left out traffic.

You won't be able to turn left and north on U.S. 69 from Main Street and won't be able to turn left from 69 onto Main Street because that's where the embankment for the overpass is gonna go.
