There's lots of firework displays happening around East Texas this weekend.

In Longview the fireworks display will start about 9:15.

The fireworks will be visible all over the city, especially around the Longview Fairgrounds and the Maude Cobb Activity Center Parking Lot.

In Kilgore, The Pump Jacks have saved a special display for Saturday, July 5 at Driller Park after the baseball game.

In Tyler the 45th annual Independence Day celebration kicks off friday at Lindsey Park beginning at 9:15 p.m

And if you're in Jacksonville you can head out to the lake and check out their fireworks show, also on friday.
