An injunction has been granted against High Noon Gun Range in Noonday that prevents them from operating until an August 6 trial determines the winner in a case that pits the gun range owners against nearby homeowners, who claim the gun range is a safety concern.

Judge Jack Skeen signed the injunction on Monday.

Owner Don Layton told KETK he has no comment on the injunction at this time.

If the good ol' boys in Tyler want it shut down, it will be shut down.
