Local businesses feeling the Christmas spirit

Tyler,TX — The weekend holiday traffic carried over to Christmas Eve having many businesses open their doors.
Local businesses in East Texas stayed open to serve families to make sure they have a special holiday.
With all the holiday traffic, it didn’t keep East Texans away from dining and for some last minute shopping.
KETK visited local restaurants, Traditions and The Potpourri House, in Tyler to check out the crowd. Both restaurants were serving the traditional holiday meals.
Restaurants were crowded and people were picking up dinners and buying Christmas presents.

T.G.I.F Friday’s- open until midnight December 24 and December 25.
Chili’s- open until 9 p.m. December 24 and closed on December 25.
On the Border- Open until 9 p.m. December 24 and closed on December 25.
Brookshire’s closed December 25.
Walgreen’s- open 24 hours
Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, closed December 25.
