vigil held at Broughton Park

LONGVIEW - A vigil in Longview happened Wednesday night for a teen who was shot to death on Christmas Eve.
 

15-year-old Nicole Cartwright was killed at a car wash on West Gentry Parkway in Tyler Friday morning.

Tyler police tell us Cartwright was an innocent bystander when shots were fired.

She was taken to a Tyler hospital. Friends and family gathered at Broughton Park in Longview for Cartwright's vigil on Wednesday evening.

Police say they are still investigating the shooting.
