Lufkin, TX — A Pollok man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a February 2011 accident that killed one of his friends and seriously injured another.

Issac Tucker, 20, was taken in on warrants for intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault by an Angelina County Sheriff’s Office deputy early Wednesday morning, according to jail records.

Around 12:30 a.m. Feb. 9, 2011, Tucker’s 1995 Lexus crossed the center lane on U.S. Highway 69 north near FM 843, into the path of a truck towing a trailer.

His 20-year-old passenger, Nicholas Zayne Anthony, of Pollok, died at the scene, while another passenger, Ryan Walton, 19, of Pollok, was taken to East Texas Medical Center Tyler with serious injuries.
