SMITH COUNTY — UPDATE-- Smith County Constables chase a naked man into the streets of Tyler Thursday night.

Tyler Police tell KETK, a Constable responded to criminal trespassing call at Liberty Arms Apartments in Smith County.

The man accused of the trespassing got into an argument with the Constable and took off.

During a small chase, the man ripped off his clothes.

Smith County Officials caught the man at the 500 block Barrett in Tyler.

he was arrested.

No word on why he was naked.

His name has not been released.
