TYLER — The Democratic platform seems to be flip-flopping a little bit. Their original agenda had kept the mention of God out of their platform, but now they are putting it back in.

The platform also originally included no recognition of Jerusalem being the actual capital of Israel, but now they have changed their mind on this argument as well— they are now saying Jerusalem is the capital.

In Michelle Obama's speech at the DNC their was voice made clear for support of same-sex marriage, support of abortion and women's rights.

There was also focus on the economic support of middle class America.

KETK spoke to some East Texans about their thoughts on the the DNC's multiple platform reversals to see what they had to say, one man said, "I don't think we are ready for another four (years)."

Another man told KETK, "Well I just find it funny that originally on the platform that you know they were talking about they took God out, no mention of God at all, they took that Jerusalem was not the capital of Israel and the today after all the controversy yesterday they had no answer to the people why the did....now they have added it back in."
