TX 'Most Wanted' sex offender arrested in Dallas

Willie L. Sullivan, 57, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, is now in custody after being arrested on Thursday in Dallas. Sullivan has a violent criminal history and was wanted for parole violation and failure to register as a sex offender.
