Cody Spain joined the KETK news team in July 2010 as a general assignments reporter.

A Texas boy, Cody was born and raised in the Dallas area and is an alumnus of the University of North Texas in Denton. While in college Cody hosted a television show called "Taboo Topics" which was nominated for a Lone Star Emmy. In addition, he was a weatherman, reporter, and anchor for NTTV in Denton before moving to East Texas.

Cody is married, and enjoys movies, playing music, scuba diving, and trying new restaurants.
