JACKSONVILLE - One person is dead and at least five people were injured including a baby after a roll over accident in Cherokee County around 3 p.m.

The incident happened this afternoon on Highway 175 and County Road 3416.

The Cherokee County Constables office tell us a baby was flown by helicopter to a Dallas hospital. They say the baby was ejected when the SUV rolled into a ditch.

At least four others were taken to a Jacksonville hospital.

KETK has a crew headed to the scene and will have more information as it becomes available.

Hwy 175 is where all the beer stores are.Lets see, six people in a small Oldsmobile.Were there any signs of alcohol in the car or on the people?I think there will be more to the story.

That is such a stereotype just because they had a wreck by the beer stores don't mean anything. I had two wrecks around the same area and guess what I DON'T drink,but i do live in the area and know these people just because there's beer stores there doesn't mean alcohol was involved.
