Authorities plan on filing two charges of setting fire at Conroe Walmart

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; authorities said they have a 15-year-old boy in custody and plan to charge him with setting two fires in a Conroe Wal-Mart store Sept. 9, a blaze that forced the store to evacuate and briefly halt operations.

Fire Marshal Mike Legoudes said the fires were not started using an accelerants; the suspect allegedly ignited combustible material in the woman's and toy departments.
