On June 20, 2014 at approximately 7:06 am, the Austin Bank located at 16909 Highway 155 South in Noonday was robbed by a black male suspect.

A Cadillac stolen from a bank employee was later recovered abandoned in the Cuney area in Cherokee County.

In cooperation with the Texas Bankers Association and other sources a $15,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons involved.
