TYLER - Smith County Fire Marshals confirm mutual aid has been requested for two grass fires this afternoon. One was paged out at about 1:30 p.m. at 16901 County Road 26. The other started closer to 2 p.m. in front of a house on 64 East. That's west of Wise Elementary.

At this point, officials don't know how many acres have burned, or what caused either of the fires.
