DALLAS — New details have emerged involving the death of John Tyler teacher Todd Henry.
According to the Dallas Morning News, Henry called a friend days before the attack. He said he was fearful of the troubled student who police say eventually stabbed and killed him.
Henry told his friend, Smith County Justice of the Peace Mitch Shamburger, he feared that the student was capable of killing.
Shamburger says he told Henry to share his concerns with his bosses, but Henry said he already had.
Shamburger says Henry told him the teenager had serious problems and might "kill somebody."

So everyone knew, and nothing was done. This is what we do. Another Kitty Genovese.
