UPDATED from Tyler Police—
Tyler Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant for Enrique Vasquez, for Kidnapping, a 3rd degree felony. The warrant was issued by Judge Jack Skeen of the 241st District Court in Smith County, Texas. The bond has been set at $500,000.00. The Tyler Police Department has received information that the Smith County Adult Probation Department has obtained a warrant for violation of probation for Enrique Vasquez. He was on probation for a Burglary of Habitation charge stemming from an incident in 2006.
The Tyler Police Department has also set up a webpage for anyone with information concerning the location of Ms. Rodriguez or Mr. Vasquez. The webpage can be accessed at www.tylerpolice.com.
Many local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies are assisting with this investigation. Those agencies include the F.B.I., the Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Border Patrol. The Media is also assisting with disseminating this information not only locally, but statewide.
At this time, investigators have not received information as to the location of these individuals or the vehicle that they may have in their possession.

Julissa Rodriguez was last seen at her apartment at 11:00 p.m., 01/24/2009 at 710 S. Kennedy, Tyler Texas. Investigators believe that she willing left her apartment in the middle of the night and will not return.
Law enforcement officials believe that the she may be in company with Enrique Vasquez, H/M, age 23. He borrowed a 1999 Pontiac this morning and has not returned it. The Firebird is blue torques in color, with a sun roof and the passenger outside mirror is missing. The license plate is T31-NJW.

TYLER — Tyler police have issued an amber alert for 11-year-old Iridian Julissa Rodriguez, who goes by Julissa.
Investigators believe that she willingly left her apartment late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
Police say, she may be with 23-year-old Enrique Vasquez.
Police spokesman Don Martin said, "we do believe that they are together, and that they're possibly en route to mexico, she was distraught and did not want to live at the house anymore."
Police say Vasquez was last seen Sunday morning, driving a 1999 Pontiac, and hasn't been seen since. The firebird is described as blue, with a sun roof and a missing passenger side mirror. The license plate is T-3-1-N-J-W.
