i would rather the gov't get the jobs back in the US first then get to health care reform when the gov't already has money from people's taxes to finance it so we dont have to borrow money from everywhere else, putting us more into bankruptcy.

3 months agoWow Peter did you read the whole 1017 pages? I have not read the whole thing yet but am starting to read parts of it to start off with. I think there are some good things like the part on eliminating pre-exsisting conditions, but then some other concerns like the government being able to say which treatments get paid for and things like additional government fees being charged to the insurance companies that will cause them to raise their rates. So much of it is hard to read as it refers to other legislation that one would have to read along with it to get the full picture. There is also a section on "family planning" that I have not fully read yet but can guess that it has provisions for taxpayors to pay for contraception and abortion, something which many people such as myself are against. I have not gotten to the part on "consultations" with "health care professionals" that will offer you end of life "options", but I don't care if this is voluntary or not I still oppose my tax dollars going to euthinasisa even if it is voluntary.
