Angelina County, Tx — Angelina County Commissioner Precinct 1 Rick Harrison died Tuesday, according to officials with the commissioner's office.

Commissioner Harrison, 56, suffered a heart attack back in August and was flown to a Houston hospital where he died on Christmas Day.

Harrison was reelected to office back on November 6.
