District officials say goal is to reduce preventable hospitalizations

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; Angelina and San Augustine counties are two of 16 Texas counties to receive a grant from the Texas Department of State Health Services to implement an initiative to reduce potentially preventable hospitalizations.
