Tyler (KETK) — An argument leads to gunfire in Tyler overnight. 

It happened around 11:30 Wednesday night along Old Henderson Hiway.

Police tell KETK, two men argued, then one of the men pulled a gun, and took off in his car.

The victim gave chase and caught-up with the other car near the area of Mcdonald Road and Loop 323.

He told police that's when he heard a gun shot. 

He drove away and called 911. 

Polce tell KETK, they do have the name of the suspected gunman.
