Vines vows to keep company going

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; when Danny Vines and his partners started the generator in Aspen Power’s biomass incineration plant in August 2011, they planned on being one of the state’s successful energy producers that would help supply the flow of electricity to more than 23 million Texas customers.
