WHITEHOUSE — Firefighters have extinguished a house fire in Whitehouse.

The fire happened just before 2:00pm on Friday on the 100 block of Crestview St.

Witnesses tell KETK, smoke was pouring out of the house when firefighters arrived.

According to Whitehouse fire officials, it was a small attic fire.

It was quickly extinguished, and there were no injuries reported.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
