Major Nidal Hasan could be executed if found guilty.

Military prosecutors send word they plan on seeking the death penalty against the Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly Fort Hood shootings.

That's according to an attorney representing Major Nidal Hasan.

John Galligan says the notice outlines an aggravating factor: that more than one life was taken in the terror attack.

Given that this terrorist was taken while engaged in the act of killing people on a military post; I wonder at the need for a trial.

A summary firing squad seems in order: why waste time and money on such vermin?
