TYLER - Smith County Sheriff J.B. Smith confirms the brother of murdered Chapel Hill student Amanda Anderson has been arrested.

Sheriff Smith says 15-year-old Mark Nathaniel Anderson is arrested in connection with Amanda Anderson's murder and they are 100% sure it his him.

19-year-old Anderson was found murdered in her house back in September, shot four times in the head. The arrest affidavit says that inconsistancies in the younger Anderson's story lead authorities to believe he might be the killer.

Ms. Anderson was shot 4 times in thehead with a .22 caliber weapon, which authorities believe to have been a semi-automatic pistol belonging to Mark Nathaniel "Nate" Anderson.

How can the Sheriff be "100 %" sure its the brother when they "believe" to have the semi-automatic pistol belonging to Mark Nathaniel Anderson. This makes no sense. What evidence besides a gun that may be the same caliber do they have to make their case. Sounds like none.
