Back to School shoppers can safe money this year

TYLER-Back to School shoppers will get some extra money in their pockets this coming school year.
School supplies less than $100.00 will be exempt from state and local taxes on the tax-free weekend from August 21-23.
Other items included in the tax-free weekend besides the basic school supplies include any clothes, shoes and backpacks less than $100.00.
