Parents are trying to find the best deals for Back-to-School shopping.
Experts suggest, parents create a budget then make a shopping.
The National Retail Federation reports, parents are making adjustments to their Back-to-School plan because of the economy.
A NRF survey shows, parents will spend on average $634.78 on shoes, clothes, supplies and electronics, which is slightly down from 2012.
Parents are expected to shop at discount stores and even shop online to get the best buys.
Experts say, the cart fills up fast and it adds up, so it's important to be cautious.
KETK spoke to East Texans about Back-to-School shopping, a few parents tell KETK, by having a budget it has definitely controlled their spending.
