TYLER - Tough economic times are forcing pack rats to part with some of their most prized possessions.

"I sold it" in Tyler is a store that specializes in selling items on internet auction websites.

Officials there say they're seeing an increase in their business as the economy worsens.

Computer game systems, lap top computers and rare pieces of art are just some examples of stuff people are selling.

Owner Joe Lagman says with more and more stores going out of business they've been seeing a different kind of customer walk through their doors.

Lagman says,"last year I had no businesses, this year i've got four businesses that i'm helping, basically because they've closed or they've asked me to liquidate their merchandise."

Lagman also says they expect to see their business get better in the days following christmas from people wanting to sell their un-wanted gifts.
