Longview — Hours after releasing bank surveillance video Tuesday, tips might have given police a break in the disappearance of a Longview man who has not been seen since Dec. 4.

On Tuesday, Longview police released a copy of surveillance video from an area drive-through bank that showed a person who tried to cash a check on Ron Gammage’s bank account. Police said the video was taken about 20 minutes after Gammage visited the bank the same day. The teller did not cash the check, and the video shows four people visible in the vehicle.
