She started noticing symptoms during the recent regional.
Kim Mulkey said her tongue felt strange and the left side of her mouth was not working.
The Baylor coach said her right eye was drooping and she couldn't hear out of her left ear.
Mulkey has Bell's Palsy, a form of facial paralysis.
She is being treated with antiviral medication and oral steroids.
The #1 Lady Bears will play Stabford in the Final Four Sunday night in Denver.
Baylor University did not say if Mulkey's condition would interfere with her coaching the team.
