TYLER-- Judge Kenneth Starr came to Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler this morning.  Starr was the investigator in the Monica Lewinksy scandal during the Clinton Administration--which led to Clinton's impeachment in 1998. 

Starr was in inaugurated last Friday as President of Baylor University.  He tells us this morning that he is glad to be out of the political spotlight.
