With a bindi on their foreheads and a scarf on their hips, five women shimmied their way to fitness, ending an eight-week belly dancing class offered by Longview’s Parks and Recreation Department.

“You can turn the music on and shimmy and burn 350 calories,” said instructor Debbie “Eraday” Anderson. “So you’re burning calories, using muscles you don’t normally use and you’re toning the body — it’s just all around 100 percent healthy.”

Very effective and healthy way of getting and keeping fit! Also, there are also lots of females who are part of samba dancers sydney as one of their top destination when they want to become physically fit. I’m also glad that they include this in their routine and they find time to go to their respective clubs every day.

I have participated on the samba dancing session based on your suggestion and links. It really helped me develop my skills in dancing especially on samba. I first got samba dancing information from college papers of the highest level at I later search for a reliable source and practice center.
