"Due to conditions which have occurred recently", Could they be more specific, what has occurred lately? When TECQ has to step in for Public health and safety it is do to incompetence of the city officials! Citizens should be asking question and find out how long this has been going on and when did this disaster take place and why were they not notified earlier. This is very serious!
