LONGVIEW - In Gregg County today, District Judge David Brabham lowers the bond for murder suspect Harry Goodan.

Goodan is the former Longview Police 9-1-1 Communications Administrator who allegedly shot his wife to death in December. His wife was Longview Police Officer Jamie Goodan.

Gregg County Sheriff's Captain Mike Claxton says Judge Brabham lowered Goodan's bond from $500,000 to $75,000. He set some conditions for the reduced bond, including the installation of the electronic monitoring equipment in Goodan's house.
