KETK has learned from a local police officer that Coffee City kidnapper Jackie Guthrie has been captured by Galveston Police in Galveston, TX. 

The source says 19-year-old Tiffany Hurd is safe.

Galveston Police confirmed with KETK that a suspect is in custody that matches the description.
