TYLER - "Nate" Anderson, the 15 year old boy and brother to 19 year old, Amanda Anderson, the TJC student who was murdered at her house back in September, had another court hearing Monday in a Smith County courtroom.  Nathaniel Anderson, is being charged with his sister, Amanda's murder.  Police say the 15 year old shot his sister several times in the head in their Chapel Hill home, while his mother was at work and dad was away.

When police arrived at the scene, Amanda Anderson was dead.  Two months later, investigators released an affidavit explaining why Amanda's younger brother Nate was now a key suspect.

The boy's parents, Mark and Stacie Anderson, still maintain their son is innocent.

My heart breaks for these parents. They have lost one child and are hoping against hope that her life was not taken by the other. I cannot begin to imagine the agony that their every waking hour is filled with. They desperately need the prayers and support of everyone who knows them or just learns about this tragedy through the media. Their lives will never be the same, and their pain will always remain. If you want to help, pray for their peace of mind, the Lord will help them.
