TYLER - As the November election nears Bullard will vote on the sale of alcohol within the city but, what started the push to legalize those sales?

We looked into the group spear-heading the vote and, they may not even be East Texans. November 2nd is right around the corner and the city of Bullard could very well vote to sell beer and wine within the city and sell alcohol in restaurants but, officials say there's more to the story than just alcohol.

The city of Bullard has a big election coming up and one thing on the docket alcohol. Earlier this year a petition was signed by many Bullard residents calling for an alcohol election and reports say the group "Citizens for the Future of Bullard" wanted to start a petition. Only problem is nobody knows who they are. And the Mayor says neither she nor the city council can find out any information about the group. We tried to contact Hard Count Incorporated, the company hired to do the petition in Bullard and asked them about the group "the citizens for the future of Bullard" -- so far they have yet to get back with us.
