5 months agoHAVE YOU PEOPLE IN CONGRESS LOST YOUR MIND ? ACCORDING TO THE NEWS THERE ARE BILLS ON THE BOOKS IN CONGRESS THAT ACTUALLY CONTRADICT EACH OTHER.
BUT THE THRUST OF THIS MESSAGE IS TO WARN AGAINST THE CAP & TRADE BILL. WHAT A MISNOMER !!!! THIS IS IN REALITY A WAY TO WRING THE LAST OUNCE OF LIFE FROM THE PUBLIC.
I WILL OPENLY CLAIM THAT OBAMA, PELOSI, REIS, , BIDEN ET AL
ARE PATENTLY CRAZY AND POWER HUNGRY.

5 months agoLee -- politicians on BOTH sides of the aisle know EXACTLY what they're doing to the taxpaying class of American people. It's just that too many of them are NOT willing to take a HARD LINE stand and use the resources and research that is available to them. Global Warming is a CROCK. Gasoline prices at the pump are manipulated at a moment's notice - it has NOTHING to do with supply and demand. These politicians are NOT accountable to us taxpayers -- they're much more interested in giving away the store to those who have "squat" so they can appear like they're a godsend (therefore, remaining in their power kingdoms). They pander to the world. It makes me SICK!!

5 months agoLee -- these people know EXACTLY what they're doing ... it's the typical "do as I say, not as I do" scheme that is the scourge and plague of all who serve in the political arena (in the US and abroad). I bet you didn't know, Obama has written an EXEMPTION for HIMSELF AND HIS FAMILY on this Cap and Trade legislation? And it gets even better because the exemption extends itself to the various unions!! So, what do we have here? The unions pressure private companies to pay them exhorbitant salaries, after several years the private companies cave in because they can't afford to pay anymore, and then the US Gov't steps in and takes the place over. As for the price of gasoline going up and down at a moment's notice ... it has NOTHING to do with supply and demand. It has EVERYTHING to do with gov't manipulation and politics.

then we deserve what is to come. It's a darned shame that our forefathers worked their tails off to ensure that future generations(us) would be entitled to the things we deserve.(Liberty,Freedom,Etc...)
Seems to me that we are not being asked what we think, but we are now being told how to think, when, why, and how. WAKE UP AMERICA ! STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT ! DON"T TREAD ON ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE COMMON EVERYDAY BLUE COLLAR WORKERS ARE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD CAP AND TRADE. WHAT IS THIS GOING TO DO FOR GASOLINE PRICES? GALLON OF GAS $5.00 VS MINIMUM WAGE $6.25 MINUS 20% FOR TAXES!!! YOU GO FIGURE HOW MUCH IS LEFT TO FEED THE FAMILY, PAY YOUR UTILITIES, INSURANCE, HOUSE PAYMENT, BUY YOUR CHILDREN CLOTHES. WAKE UP AMERICA! STOP OBAMA BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!
